* Purchases are for personal use only - purchases on behalf of others are strictly forbidden. 

* Reselling items through any channel including informal/personal means is strictly forbidden. 

* Exchange, return, refund, after-sale services and alterations on items purchased will NOT be accepted. 

* Free delivery upon purchase of HK$500 or above. 

* Final prices are determined at checkout. 

* Prices may be adjusted at any point during the sale period. Adjustments do not apply to purchases already processed and cannot be the basis for any claim. 

* Tory Burch Far East Limited & OnTheList reserve the right to make final decisions in case of disputes. 

 

Delivery 

* Orders to Hong Kong and Macau will be delivered within 3-10 days, unless weather conditions affect the operation and deliveries. 

* Delivery to address of choice within Hong Kong (excluding outlying islands) and Macau. Only one delivery location will be allowed per Account. The Delivery location details filled in for the first order will be automatically kept for all future orders. 

* Hong Kong: 

HKD$40 delivery charge under HKD$500. Free Delivery on all orders over HKD$500 

* Macau: 

HKD$60 delivery charge under HKD$500. Free Delivery on all orders over HKD$500.  

 

Payment
