Admission

* Admission is strictly by invitation only.

* Sale or transfer of invitation and/or the access link to others is strictly forbidden.


Product & Pricing

* Purchases are for personal use only - purchases on behalf of others are strictly forbidden.

* Products purchased cannot be re-sold to other people either personally, second-hand goods stores or via any other channels such as the internet.

* You are not allowed to publish, circulate, post, release or advertise the invitation and/or any part of its contents on internet, websites, social media platforms or any internet-based media.

* Exchange, return, refund, after-sale services and alterations on items purchased will NOT be accepted.

* In case of enquiry related to your product(s), we invite you to contact our Customer Service at privatesale@hk.onthelist.com on/before December 27th, 2024.

* All products will be sold in "as is" condition and may have parts/accessories missing.

* All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

* Final prices are determined at checkout.

* Prices may be adjusted at any point during the sales period. Adjustments do not apply to purchases already processed and cannot be the basis for any claim.

* All sold merchandise will be marked, and/or tags and plastic will be removed.

* In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions or the payment rules, the Company is entitled, at its sole discretion, to withdraw the sale and ask for the return of products, request purchase at retail price, or impose a permanent suspension from participating in current and future private sales.

* Any violation of the above regulations may result in permanent suspension of any current and future private sale privilege.


Quota

* Maximum 2 pieces per SKU.

* Please refer to your invitation for Quota per Category.


Payment

* Payment must be made by your own credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

* Payment in HKD only.


Delivery

* Please trust that our Logistic partners will do their best to complete all deliveries by December 23rd . Should you not be home over the Christmas period, a 2nd delivery attempt will occur in early January. Should you not be back before a certain date, please email us at privatesale@hk.onthelist.com to specify your date of return.

* Delivery to address of choice within Hong Kong (excluding outlying islands) and Macau.

* Hong Kong: Free Delivery on all orders over HKD$500. HKD$40 delivery charge under HKD$500.

* Macau: Free Delivery on all orders over HKD$500. HKD$60 delivery charge under HKD$500.

* Orders delivered to Macau over HKD$5,000 will incur import duties which will be applied at checkout as follow:

-HK$200 per order between HK$5,000 and HK$20,000

-HK$350 per order between HK$20,001 and HK$50,000

-HK$500 per order between HK$50,001 and HK$100,000


* The Company reserves the right to make the final decision for access to the sale, sale of products and in any disputes.
